Job summary

M&G India is seeking a Finance professional to manage rebates, accruals and monthly reporting within the Revenue Management function. You will ensure regulatory compliance for UK rebates and international trailer fees, maintain control registers, and prepare balance sheet entries.

Reporting into the Revenue Management team, you will support audits, liaise with cross-functional finance colleagues, and drive process improvements to optimise financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• CA with 1+ year of experience in finance or accounting.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Experience with asset management regulatory environment.
• Proficiency with Oracle or similar accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Handle monthly and quarterly UK rebates and International trailer fee payments with regulatory compliance.
• Maintain a register of controls related to income, including process maps.
• Prepare monthly revenue and commission accruals and flash reports.
• Review accruals and invoices produced by the Income Billing and Control Team.
• Support external audits and assist with balance sheet items.
• Collaborate with Finance, Middle Office and Front Office teams; drive process improvements.
