Trend Micro is seeking an seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead incident response and digital forensics efforts in a fast‑paced environment in the Philippines. The role focuses on applying AI tools to security operations and guiding investigations from detection through remediation.

You will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders, deliver executive‑level summaries, and mentor junior analysts while shaping AI‑driven detection and response capabilities across the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in incident response and digital forensics.
• Demonstrated experience with AI‑related security projects or activities.
• Experience working directly with clients during live incident engagements.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven cloud forensics investigations across major cloud providers.
• Experience analyzing cloud control plane and audit logs to reconstruct attacker activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into security incidents, including malware infections, data breaches, and APTs.
• Perform forensic analysis on compromised systems, network traffic, and logs.
• Evaluate, pilot, and integrate AI‑based tools into the incident response lifecycle.
• Provide timely incident reports and executive summaries to stakeholders and customers.
• Identify IOCs and TTPs, including AI‑enabled attack methods.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts on investigation methodology and use of AI tooling.
• Create and implement improvements to detection, monitoring, and response capabilities.
• Maintain awareness of evolving threat landscape and AI‑related threats.
• Support post‑incident reviews and root‑cause analysis to strengthen security posture.
