Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking an experienced Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer/Architect with deep Saviynt expertise to lead architecture, design, and operations of an enterprise IGA environment.

In this senior role, you will own IAM strategy, oversee onboarding of applications, integrations with Azure AD, Salesforce, Workday, AWS, and SaaS platforms, and ensure security, compliance, and audit readiness across cloud and on‑prem environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Cyber Security or related field.
• 8–10 years in IAM.
• 5+ years hands‑on Saviynt implementation/architecture.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise IAM/IGA solutions.
• Strong integration with Microsoft Entra ID, AD, LDAP, 365, Salesforce, Workday, AWS and SaaS apps.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer / Architect with deep hands‑on expertise in Saviynt to lead the architecture, design, implementation, and operational management of an enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) environment.

This is a senior technical role requiring extensive experience delivering enterprise-scale IAM solutions across complex cloud, SaaS, and on‑premises environments.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across IAM architecture, application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, access governance, integrations, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise IAM and IGA solutions using Saviynt.
• Develop and maintain IAM roadmaps aligned with security, compliance, and business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and governance across identity and access management initiatives.
• Act as the primary technical authority for Saviynt and identity governance solutions.
• Lead application onboarding activities across complex enterprise environments.
• Design scalable integrations between Saviynt and Salesforce, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, Active Directory, LDAP, Workday, Monday.com, Asana, AWS, databases, and other SaaS applications.
• Develop reusable application onboarding frameworks and integration patterns.
• Resolve complex identity provisioning, integration, and access management issues.
• Lead technical workshops and design sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
• Oversee the operational performance and stability of the Saviynt platform.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex IAM incidents and integration issues.
• Manage Saviynt platform upgrades, regression testing, deployment, and change management.
• Manage routine access certification campaigns and access governance processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across IAM services.
• Ensure IAM solutions align with ISO 27001, SOX, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Support IAM audits, remediation programs, least‑privilege controls, and privileged access initiatives.
• Develop and maintain design documents, technical standards, operating procedures, integration guides, and support documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Saviynt implementation and architecture experience.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise‑scale IAM/IGA solutions.
• Extensive experience onboarding applications into Saviynt within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong integration experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Workday, AWS, SaaS applications, and database platforms.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, access governance, identity lifecycle management, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and federation.
• Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM.
• Experience working with REST APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
• Strong scripting and development skills.
• Experience managing IAM projects and technical delivery teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with cloud‑native identity services is highly regarded.
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as banking, education, healthcare, or government is advantageous.
• Saviynt certification is highly preferred.

Work Setup & Schedule

Work Setup: Home-based / Remote
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Manila Time
