Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking an experienced Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer/Architect with deep Saviynt expertise to lead architecture, design, and operations of an enterprise IGA environment.

In this senior role, you will own IAM strategy, oversee onboarding of applications, integrations with Azure AD, Salesforce, Workday, AWS, and SaaS platforms, and ensure security, compliance, and audit readiness across cloud and on‑prem environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Cyber Security or related field.
8–10 years in IAM.
5+ years hands‑on Saviynt implementation/architecture.
Proven experience delivering enterprise IAM/IGA solutions.
Strong integration with Microsoft Entra ID, AD, LDAP, 365, Salesforce, Workday, AWS and SaaS apps.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise IAM/IGA using Saviynt.
Develop IAM roadmaps aligned with security and business needs.
Provide governance across identity and access management initiatives.
Lead application onboarding across complex environments.
Design scalable integrations between Saviynt and SaaS/products (Azure AD, Salesforce, AWS, Workday).
Manage Saviynt upgrades, deployments, and change management.
Oversee access governance and certification campaigns.
Ensure alignment with ISO 27001, SOX, privacy, and regulations.
