Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior ICT Operations Specialist, B2B Telco, to lead end-to-end project and contract management in SAP. The role focuses on accurate billing, milestone management, and revenue recognition for the Australian telco space from our onsite location in BGC, Taguig.

You will work closely with sales, delivery, finance, and customer operations to ensure seamless post-sales processes and governance, ensuring timely project closure and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in similar roles.
• Working knowledge of SAP Project and Sales Document Module.
• Strong analytical and billing knowledge to ensure accurate revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Create project accounts in SAP and manage project baselines.
• Support Project Managers with project accounting and administration through the life cycle.
• Manage contract changes, variations, and billing milestones.
• Ensure timely revenue recognition and accurate implementation of contracts.
• Oversee end-to-end order processing and creation of SAP materials.
• Reconcile monthly fixed contracts using data from multiple systems and bill milestones.
