Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Principal ICT Engineer to lead the development of intelligent building solutions. You will design IT infrastructure aligned with client goals, evaluate technologies, and guide both technical and commercial project requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate in B.S. Electronics and Communications Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer (preferred).
• Cisco, BICSI or any industry standard certifications is an advantage.
• 5–8 years of relevant post-graduate experience in IT/engineering.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and translate technology and functional objectives into smart/intelligent building solutions.
• Prepare and document technology objectives and requirements for client decisions.
• Provide overall technical directions for the solution and ensure delivery quality.
• Analyze technology environments, enterprise specifics, and document requirements.
• Design and develop technical solutions based on existing technologies.
• Evaluate best technology solutions to solve operational problems.
• Define structure and specifications of software and hardware components for stakeholders.
• Lead collaboration framework for technology and vendor selection.
• Review technical submissions and endorse for final approval.
• Work with management to align ICT goals across the organization.
