Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Principal ICT Engineer to define the technical vision for intelligent building solutions and oversee client IT infrastructure strategy. The role involves leading technical and commercial requirements, designing software and hardware components, and ensuring aligned project outcomes across disciplines.

Required are 5–8 years of relevant post-graduate experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with building management systems, data centers, and cloud

Qualifications

• Graduate in Electronics and Communications Engineering or Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering.
• Licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer (preferred).
• BIM knowledge desirable, especially Revit and ACC.
• 5–8 years of post-graduate experience across IT, architecture, network, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate objectives into smart building solutions for clients.
• Document technology requirements and component specifications.
• Review technical submissions and endorse for final submission.
• Collaborate across teams and vendor selection; contribute to ICT strategy.
• Lead design and evaluation of IT infrastructure to solve operational problems.
