Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in IBM z/OS Systems Administration.
• Strong knowledge of IBM z/OS and mainframe operating systems.
• Experience in performance monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for mainframe tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
• Proficiency in security management and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to collaborate across technical teams and provide SME input.

Responsabilités

• Serve as SME in IBM z/OS Systems Administration and lead team activities.
• Manage and support IBM z/OS mainframe environments for stability and security.
• Make technical decisions at team level and influence multi-team initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex mainframe OS issues and implement fixes.
• Monitor performance, tune systems, and plan capacity for current and future needs.
• Implement automation and scripting to streamline admin tasks.
• Ensure security configurations meet policy standards and compliance.
• Coordinate across teams to meet milestones and objectives.

• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain reliability.
