Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IBM z/OS Systems Administration.
• Expert-level knowledge of IBM z/OS and mainframe operating systems.
• Strong experience in system administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with system performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Knowledge of automation tools and scripting for system administration.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex mainframe issues.
• Experience managing system security and compliance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an SME for IBM z/OS Systems Administration and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Manage and maintain IBM z/OS mainframe environments and related system components.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and capacity.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and use automation tools and scripting to improve system administration processes.
