Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer/Architect with deep Saviynt expertise to lead architecture, design, and operations of an enterprise IAM/IGA environment.

The role requires hands-on Saviynt implementation across cloud, SaaS, and on‑premise environments, plus leadership of onboarding, integrations, and governance. Work setup is home-based/remote in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise IAM and IGA solutions using Saviynt.
• Develop and maintain IAM roadmaps aligned with security, compliance, and business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and governance across identity and access management initiatives.
• Act as the primary technical authority for Saviynt and identity governance solutions.
• Lead application onboarding activities across complex enterprise environments.
• Design scalable integrations between Saviynt and major apps (Salesforce, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, AD, LDAP, Workday, AWS).
• Develop reusable onboarding frameworks and integration patterns.
• Resolve complex identity provisioning and access issues.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders; overseeSaviynt platform performance and upgrades.
