Job summary

Outsourced.ph in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer/Architect with deep hands-on Saviynt expertise to lead architecture, design, implementation, and operations of an enterprise IAM/IGA environment.

This senior role requires strong leadership across identity lifecycle, access governance, and complex integrations with Salesforce, Azure AD, Workday, AWS, and other SaaS/on‑prem systems to ensure security compliance.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in Identity and Access Management.
• Minimum 5 years Saviynt implementation/architecture experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise IAM/IGA solutions across cloud, SaaS, and on-prem environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of IAM/IGA with Saviynt.
• Develop IAM roadmaps aligned with security and business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership across identity and access programs.
• ManageSaviynt upgrades, deployment, and change management.
• Oversee onboarding of applications into Saviynt and integration with major SaaS apps.
