Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to contribute to cutting-edge semiconductor facility design projects. You will lead multi-disciplinary engineering tasks, develop control system concepts, and ensure schedule and technical quality across complex processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 15+ years of instrumentation and controls experience, PLC/DCS expertise, and a PE license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 15+ years of experience with Instrumentation and Controls.
• Working knowledge of PLC, DCS, and other controls applications.
• Semiconductor Facility Design experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure schedule and technical quality of engineering tasks and startup support.
• Coordinate work activities with staff and discipline lead.
• Design electrical circuits and panels using control applications.
• Develop options and optimizations for process control, instrumentation, and automation.
• Mentor and guide other professionals to grow their skills.
