Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a seasoned contact center solution architect in Metro Manila. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Engage deployments across voice and digital channels.

You will lead end-to-end solution engineering, develop omnichannel customer journeys, and integrate platforms with enterprise systems while supporting voicebot and automation initiatives. Hybrid work and ongoing learning are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contact center technologies, solution engineering, or architecture.
• Hands-on with both on-premises and cloud-based contact center platforms.
• Strong experience with Genesys Cloud CX, Genesys Engage, and related contact center technologies.
• Proven background in IVR design, routing strategies, and voice solution development.
• Experience building omnichannel solutions across chat, email, messaging, and social media.
• Knowledge of systems integration, APIs, and contact center ecosystem connectivity.
• Experience with voicebot solutions, outbound campaign management, and interaction recording.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and enhance contact center solutions across voice and digital channels.
• Lead end-to-end solution engineering for Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Engage platforms.
• Develop and optimize IVR, routing strategies, and omnichannel customer journeys.
• Integrate contact center platforms with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
• Configure and support voicebot, chatbot, and automation solutions to improve customer experience.
• Manage outbound campaigns, call flows, interaction recording, and workforce-related integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive platform stability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to deliver scalable contact center solutions.
