The Role: Senior HR Business Partner - Cavite Cluster

Overview: Lead the HR function in the Philippines Global Supply Chain, working closely with all local HR Business partners to ensure an integrated customer experience in delivering HR services. You will provide consultative support to the business VP and the Leadership Team. Assist leaders in building a strong Talent pipeline for current and future growth.

What will you do?

  1. Provide HR support to the Operation VP and his Leadership Team in areas such as Succession planning, Talent Identification, Development and Retention, Recruitment and Selection, Workforce Planning, Organizational Efficiency, and Employee Engagement.
  2. Monitor and support HRBPs' experience and engagement through career development reviews, employee survey analysis, and other activities.
  3. Conduct workforce analysis to identify regional trends, issues, and opportunities. Stay updated on market, economic, and competitor developments, including participation in HR communities and networking.
  4. Oversee the strategy, execution, and delivery of an integrated HR offering across multiple locations to enhance management capabilities.
  5. Support the development of fundamental and advanced people management skills through targeted talent nominations for key leadership programs.
  6. Provide accurate monthly and quarterly HR and Business reports. Participate in Factory Reviews, Business Reviews, and People Reviews.
  7. Understand regional workforce plans and collaborate with site leaders to proactively manage related initiatives.
  8. Work effectively with HRBPs, Regional HR Teams, and other BU HRs to coordinate support for the business.
  9. Assist the VP with resource allocation, HR project tracking, and capacity planning.
  10. Collaborate with HR leaders on major projects, share best practices, and coordinate team efforts.

Who would be successful?

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 10+ years of HR experience in a large, complex business environment.
  • Strong organizational awareness and ability to navigate complex, matrix environments.
  • Ability to build consensus and foster collaborative relationships.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with high initiative and accountability.
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility with business leaders.
  • Strong project management, capacity planning, and strategy skills.

  • Broad knowledge of Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions.
