Job summary

Aurecon Philippines seeks an experienced IT professional to lead vulnerability remediation and hosting operations across hybrid environments. You will coordinate patching, vulnerability management, incident response, and automation efforts, working with Security, Application and Infrastructure teams to maintain service quality.

The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to balance security risk with business impact in a complex enterprise hosting setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline; security, infra or cloud certs are highly regarded.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise hosting environments and ISO/governance surroundings.
• Experience with vulnerability management lifecycle, risk-based remediation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patching and vulnerability remediation across server environments.
• Review scan results and determine remediation approaches with risk-based prioritization.
• Lead hosting operations: incidents, lifecycle management, monitoring, backup, and recovery.
• Collaborate with Security, Application, Infrastructure, and Digital teams to drive remediation.
• Develop standards, runbooks, and enable automation to improve processes.
• Communicate risk and remediation plans to stakeholders in business terms.
