Accenture in the Philippines is hiring a Health Clinical Services Sr Analyst to review care plans, perform OASIS assessments, and coordinate with clinical teams. The role requires a current US RN license and BSN, with hospital RN experience and a focus on accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

The position offers a hybrid work setup with a night shift schedule and weekends off. Candidates must already have the right to live and work in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) degree.
• Holds current and unrestricted US Registered Nurse license.
• 3 months clinical experience (480 hours) as an RN in a hospital setting.
• Work experience as an active RN license and providing direct patient care.
• Clinical setting includes inpatient hospital, outpatient hospital clinic.
• No state license required (doability revisited if a specific state RN license is needed).

Responsabilités

• Review patient’s Plan of Care for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with clinical protocols and patient-specific needs.
• Perform Admissions Plan of Care & OASIS Assessment Review with appropriate coding of Home Health services.
• Provide Recertification of plan of care review-based client’s process guideline on recertification of home health services.
• Perform resumption of care and one-time visits based on plan of care review considering client guidelines and procedures.
• Serve as a clinical liaison between nurses, clinicians, case managers, and physicians to verify alignment on patient’s care goals.
• Promote patient safety and continuity of care by actively participating in process improvements and audits related to Plan of Care quality and turnaround time.
• Adhere to CMS guidelines, internal policies, and quality standards related to home health documentation and care coordination.
• Facilitate corrected Plan of Care routing for physician approval within required timeframes.
