You will oversee modeling, support product development, and mentor the Pricing Specialist in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Based in Ortigas, the role offers hybrid work with one day on-site weekly, and opportunities to influence pricing, regulatory compliance, and strategic decisions across Finance, Underwriting, Operations,

Qualifications

• FSA fellowship or equivalent attained.
• 6+ years actuarial experience, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong background in insurance, healthcare financing, and risk management.
• Proficiency in R, Python, or SAS for modeling and analysis.
• Advanced actuarial and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial models to support pricing strategies and new product initiatives.
• Analyze healthcare trends, claims data, and demographics for pricing assumptions.
• Oversee and mentor the Pricing Specialist and advise on methodologies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Underwriting, Operations, and Sales to align insights with strategy.
• Prepare clear actuarial reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and reporting obligations.
• Monitor healthcare trends and adapt pricing models accordingly.
• Drive continuous improvement in actuarial processes, tools, and methods.
