Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic design, branding, or art direction.
• Experience mentoring junior designers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute design assignments across digital, print, presentation, branding; web UI a plus.
• Mentor junior designers and foster creativity.
• Collaborate to develop design solutions across industries.
• Integrate AI tools into design workflows to boost efficiency.
• Lead training sessions for the design team.
• Ensure designs meet Brand guidelines and project requirements.
