Job summary

Twin Rams Media Group in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our hybrid team in BGC, Taguig. You will lead conceptualization and execution of visual assets across social media, digital marketing, print, and branding projects.

You will develop and maintain brand identity, collaborate with creative, copy, and strategy teams, review junior designers, and ensure on-brand designs across client accounts while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio across platforms and industries.
• Expert proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Motion graphics experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior designers.

You will lead the conceptualization and execution of visual assets across social media, digital marketing, print, and branding projects, develop and maintain brand identity and visual consistency across all client accounts, and collaborate with creative, copy, and strategy teams to deliver compelling on-brand designs.

• Develop and maintain brand identity and visual consistency across all client accounts
• Collaborate with the creative, copy, and strategy teams to deliver compelling on-brand designs
• Review and provide feedback on output from junior designers
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines consistently
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices
• Ensure all design outputs are optimized for their respective platforms and formats

About you

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range, quality, and versatility across different platforms and industries
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience with Adobe After Effects or motion graphics is an advantage
• Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, layout, and composition
• Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency
• Ability to lead and mentor junior designers
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in a digital marketing or agency setting is an advantage
