Job summary

EY’s GDS Creative Center of Excellence is seeking a Supervising Associate - Graphic Design to ideate and deliver best-in-class creative solutions that align with EY brand and business goals. You’ll collaborate with workflow coordinators, art directors and content teams to transform concepts into compelling collaterals across MS-based apps, print and interactive media.

Requirements include 10+ years in graphic design, a degree in Graphic Design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline).
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media).
• Team management experience
• Strong visual design capability
• 10+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design branding materials, such as brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals and social media collaterals
• Communicate effectively with customers while understanding design briefs and sharing ideas
• Provide unique, innovative, and effective design concepts to customers with a solution driven mindset
• Meet and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time and efficiency
• Adhere to EY brand standards and remain cognizant of visual as well as verbal guidelines
• Mentor junior team members on best practices around applying creativity in production environment
• Stay up to date with latest design trends, socialize and advocate the same to teams/customers
• Seamlessly manage multiple creative projects simultaneously
• Work with minimal supervision and guidance
