Job summary

EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) is EY's in-house agency delivering high-impact, on-brand creative solutions across multiple formats. A Senior Art Director will lead the team, act as a creative strategist, and drive visually compelling campaigns aligned with EY’s objectives.

You will own creative direction for collaterals, mentor the team, and collaborate with stakeholders to produce best-in-class outputs while staying on brand and within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign, Adobe DC and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
• Experience across a range of digital, social, and integrated media
• Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest etc.)
• Strong visual design and creative thinking capability
• At least 12 years of overall experience in a fast-paced global environment
• Prior art direction experience in leading agencies

Responsibilities

• Understand the power of creative ideas and have a track-record of delivering memorable ideas that shape audience perception, engagement, and participation
• Coach and train the wider team to lead with brand-building and distinctive creative ideas and strategy
• Lead teams in creative agencies or in-house brand teams, championing high-visibility campaigns for top global brands (preferably B2B)
• Provide creative leadership to the design teams to deliver brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals, microsites, motion graphics, and social media collaterals
• Produce strategically sound conceptual work and bring it to life through rapid prototyping and storyboard creation and post-production
• Adhere to EY brand guidelines and meet defined aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, budget and efficiency
