Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a Senior Golang Engineer to design, develop, and scale cloud-native backend services using Go, Kafka, and AWS EKS. You will build high-performance distributed systems and ensure they are reliable in production.

The role requires hands-on experience with Docker, GitHub Actions for CI/CD, and collaboration with DevOps, QA, Product, and Architecture teams to deliver robust end-to-end solutions. 6+ years in software with 3+ years in Golang are expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in Go.
• Strong knowledge of concurrency, memory management, and microservices in Go.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, schema registry).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, preferably on AWS EKS.
• Proficiency in CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• RESTful APIs and gRPC experience; cloud-native design and IaC awareness are plus.

Senior Golang Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Golang Engineer with strong experience in building scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing distributed systems using Golang, implementing event-driven architectures with Kafka, and deploying solutions on EKS (Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service). Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation is also essential.

• Familiarity with cloud-native design principles and infrastructure as code (IaC) is a plus.
