What You'll Do
- Plan, oversee, and execute end-to-end search processes including sourcing, assessment, interviews, selection, and offers.
- Recruit across different entities of Coins globally, requiring high standards of verbal and written English.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified, diverse candidates across various skill sets and international talent pools.
- Recruit for various talent profiles based on hiring needs across multiple countries.
- Utilize multiple channels such as referrals, job boards, advertising, and others for sourcing candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and quality of hires.
- Collaborate with other recruiters to share ideas, best practices, and support.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Amenable to work at our office in BGC, Taguig City.
What We Expect From You
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related field.
- 4-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within crypto or tech companies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and search tools (e.g., ATS, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current talent market and acquisition trends.
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment in crypto, tech startups, e-commerce, or recruitment agencies is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
