Who We Are

What You'll Do

  1. Plan, oversee, and execute end-to-end search processes including sourcing, assessment, interviews, selection, and offers.
  2. Recruit across different entities of Coins globally, requiring high standards of verbal and written English.
  3. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified, diverse candidates across various skill sets and international talent pools.
  4. Recruit for various talent profiles based on hiring needs across multiple countries.
  5. Utilize multiple channels such as referrals, job boards, advertising, and others for sourcing candidates.
  6. Track recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and quality of hires.
  7. Collaborate with other recruiters to share ideas, best practices, and support.
  8. Assist in employer branding initiatives.
  9. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
  10. Amenable to work at our office in BGC, Taguig City.

What We Expect From You

  1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related field.
  2. 4-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within crypto or tech companies.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Experience sourcing candidates through various channels.
  5. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and search tools (e.g., ATS, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  6. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Knowledge of current talent market and acquisition trends.
  8. Experience with end-to-end recruitment in crypto, tech startups, e-commerce, or recruitment agencies is a plus.
  9. Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
