Job summary

ICP Content Studios is seeking a Senior Project Director based in Mexico City to lead the Mexico and US PM teams, guiding delivery across localisation, adaptation and production workflows. You will build strong client relationships, drive delivery excellence and partner with Global Heads to grow accounts.

The role requires excellent English, strategic and hands-on leadership, and a track record of delivering complex content programmes for global brands.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading project management or delivery teams.
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to manage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-market content programmes across localisation, adaptation and production workflows.
• Ensure projects are planned, resourced, scoped and delivered with high quality and client satisfaction.
• Coach and develop the Mexico and US-based PM team and maintain ICP standards.
