Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a Sr Adaptation Specialist to tailor and localize digital assets across multiple formats for global markets. You will ensure content aligns with market requirements, brand guidelines, and Nestlé quality standards while meeting SLAs and timelines.

The role requires proficient graphic design, video editing, HTML5 editing, and coordination of content production, with a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement across Content Hub and related systems.

Qualifications

Proven experience in graphic design, content adaptation, and video editing.
1–2 years coordinating content production activities.
Experience with eContent production and localization.
Working knowledge of HTML5 coding and digital advertising assets.
Knowledge of brand communication standards and print production.

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end adaptation of visual and digital content for global markets.
Review project briefs and validate production feasibility.
Perform image editing, video editing, HTML5 adaptation, and creative modifications.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure error-free deliverables.
Collaborate with Content Producers, Project Managers, Librarians, and eContent Accounts.
Manage project timelines and negotiate realistic deadlines with stakeholders.
Utilize AI, automation, and CreativeX tools to enhance content quality and efficiency.
Document project activities and maintain records in Content Hub and other systems.
Lead operational reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
