You'll lead implementation activities and work closely with Project Managers to ensure project success across various phases, from pre-sales to support transition.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have over three years of experience in Contact Center technology. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is crucial for effective customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in Contact Center technology.
• Prior experience with Genesys Cloud implementation is desirable.
• Ability to collaborate in troubleshooting configurations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Tech Lead for project implementation.
• Work closely with Project Manager to deliver projects.
• Provide remote/on-site support for customer escalations.

Skills
