Job summary

Much Prosperity Trading International, Inc. (MPTII) is seeking a seasoned accountant to manage complete books, reconcile accounts, and prepare accurate monthly financial statements.

The role includes payroll monitoring, receivables, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, general ledger maintenance, and ongoing process improvements. A Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy is required; CPA is a plus; at least 3 years of relevant experience; strong MS Office skills and good communication are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA is a plus.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong time-management and communication skills.
• Able to handle a complete set of books and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor payroll, receivables, payables, cash receipts, cash disbursements, and general ledger functions.
• Produce monthly financial statements including balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Ensure that all general ledger accounts are reconciled monthly.
• Review reconciliations and follow up on any unusual items.
• Perform bank reconciliations and prepare related journal entries.
• Actively participate in special projects to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
