Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a Fund Operations Specialist in the Philippines to execute day-to-day fund operations, reconcile across OMS/IBOR, and support valuation and regulatory reporting. You will collaborate with fund administrators and internal teams to ensure accurate NAVs and timely filings.

The role requires 2-4 years in alternative investments operations, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment with a data-driven mindset. Hybrid work setup offered.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in alternative investments operations, fund accounting, middle-office operations, or valuation reporting in financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, financial modeling, large datasets).
• Experience with order management systems, IBOR or fund accounting platforms, automated reconciliation tools, financial reporting software, or SQL/Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day fund operations, complex data processing, and portfolio reporting across accounts registered and private investment products.
• Manage end-to-end reconciliation processes across OMS and IBOR, Enfusion, coordinating with third-party service providers.
• Support the Fund Management team with data inputs for valuation materials and corporate accounting inputs.
• Provide data entry and maintenance support for pre-trade compliance processes and supporting materials for portfolio-level tests.
• Perform root cause analysis on trade breaks, operational exceptions, and valuation discrepancies, and develop remediation plans.
• Support valuation and fund accounting cycles, including NAV review support, expense accrual tracking, and coordination with administrators and internal accounting.
• Support regulatory reporting and filing processes (Form N-PORT, Form N-CEN, shareholder reports) and ensure timely submissions.
• Design, build, and document robust, scalable procedures tailored to Accounts requirements.
• Contribute to team documentation and knowledge-sharing as the function scales.
• Take ownership of deliverables and meet SLA standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute day-to-day fund operations, complex data processing, and portfolio reporting across the accounts registered and private alternative investment products.
• Manage end-to-end reconciliation processes (positions, transactions, valuations, and cash movements) across the firm's OMS and IBOR, Enfusion, working alongside third-party managed service providers. Keep downstream systems current, including Backstop (fund of fund IBOR), internal records, and future-state in-house applications.
• Support the Fund Management team with specialized operational delivery, including data inputs for valuation committee materials and corporate accounting inputs.
• Provide data entry and maintenance support for pre-trade compliance processes, including security and transaction inputs to the compliance model and supporting materials used to evaluate portfolio-level tests prior to execution.
• Perform root cause analysis on trade breaks, operational exceptions, and valuation discrepancies, developing permanent remediation plans.
• Support valuation and fund accounting cycles, including data entry and preparation of valuation inputs, NAV review support, expense accrual tracking, and coordination with fund administrators and internal accounting on periodic close and reporting deliverables.
• Support registered fund regulatory reporting and filing processes, including Form N-PORT, Form N-CEN, shareholder reports, and other required SEC filings, coordinating with fund administrators, accounting teams, legal/compliance, and other service providers to ensure accurate, complete, and timely submissions.
• Design, build, and document robust, scalable operational procedures tailored specifically to the Accounts requirements.
• Contribute to team documentation and knowledge-sharing as the function scales.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables and consistently meet SLA standards.

Job Requirements and Credentials:

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in alternative investments operations, fund accounting, middle-office operations, or valuation reporting within financial services. Experience supporting registered funds (interval, tender offer, or other 1940 Act funds) strongly preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Data & Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, financial modeling, large dataset handling). Experience with order management systems, IBOR or fund accounting platforms, automated reconciliation tools, financial reporting software, or SQL/Python is a plus.
• Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of alternative investment structures (private equity, private credit, hedge funds, interval/tender offer funds) and their operational lifecycles. Familiarity with the 1940 Act operating framework - periodic NAV striking, liquidity classification, and registered fund regulatory reporting - is a strong plus.
• Execution Mindset: Detail-oriented and comfortable with hands-on, daily data execution in a fast-moving, build-oriented environment.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for working with internal stakeholders, custodians, and fund administrators.
