Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Python/React Engineer to work across frontend product engineering, Python data processing, hierarchical data modeling and AI integration. You will translate complex business capability structures into intuitive, trustworthy, visualization-friendly experiences.

You will build React experiences, maintain Python scripts, and integrate AI services within a micro-frontends monorepo while upholding rigorous engineering standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in React engineering with modern component patterns.
• Experience with Web Vitals, Real User monitoring and experimentation.
• Ability to build complex interactive UIs such as graph editors and canvas-heavy apps.
• Proficiency in frontend state management including React Context + reducer patterns.
• Skills in Python data processing, scripting, automation and API integration.
• Experience building data-heavy applications with advanced search and discovery.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and WebSocket backends.
• Testing experience with Vitest, Playwright or equivalents.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Improve data shaping and tree-building logic for hierarchical UI experiences

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Python/React Engineer who is comfortable working across frontend product engineering, Python-based data processing, hierarchical data modeling and AI integration. The ideal candidate can translate complex business capability structures into intuitive, trustworthy and visualization-friendly user experiences while applying strong engineering discipline to AI-assisted solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend React experiences for capability map exploration, search, filtering, scoring and discovery


• Maintenance of Python scripts that ingest, normalize and transform capability taxonomy data from APIs


• Improvement of data-shaping and tree-building logic that powers hierarchical UI experiences and map navigation


• Integration of evolving Knowledge Base and AI services into catalog workflows and discovery experiences


• Validation of AI-assisted code, UI generation and data transformations with rigorous engineering standards


• Work within a micro-frontends module architecture in a monorepo environment and integrate with Orchestrator APIs


• Contribution to experimentation, testing, build reliability, deployment automation and engineering best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in React 19 engineering with modern component patterns and asynchronous UI flows


• Background in Web Vitals, Real User monitoring and experimentation


• Expertise in building complex interactive UIs such as graph editors, workflow builders, diagramming tools, low-code tools or canvas-heavy applications, hierarchical data structures and taxonomies


• Proficiency in frontend state management, including React Context + reducer patterns and interaction history such as undo/redo


• Skills in Python data processing, scripting, automation and API integration


• Experience building data-heavy applications with advanced search, filtering and discovery capabilities


• Competency in integrating REST APIs, STOMP/Websocket and backend-driven content sources


• Practical testing experience with Vitest, Playwright or equivalent testing frameworks


• Familiarity with Generative UI and MCPs


• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across business and technical stakeholder groups


• Comfort working in evolving environments where AI capabilities and requirements continue to expand


• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
