Nowcom Global Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer for permanent remote work. You will lead end-to-end development of scalable web applications, leveraging .NET Core, C#, and Node.js alongside SQL/NoSQL databases.

Cloud-native delivery on AWS/Azure, microservices, and serverless patterns are part of the role. Ideal candidates have 6+ years of full-stack experience, strong REST API design, and a proven track record in CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with front-end and back-end expertise.
• Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and building back-end services with REST APIs.
• Experience with SQL Server or NoSQL databases.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure; cloud-native development experience.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes for deployment.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless computing.
• Familiarity with automated testing, unit tests, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of robust, scalable web applications (front-end and back-end).
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions meeting business needs.
• Develop and maintain back-end services and RESTful integrations.
• Architect and implement microservices and serverless components for scalable, secure solutions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers; conduct code reviews and promote best practices.
• Stay updated on web development trends, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), and industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize both front-end and back-end components for performance.
• Work in Agile teams and drive timely delivery of integrated solutions.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions and tooling improvements.
