Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in ASP.NET, C#, HTML, XML, JSON, and JavaScript.
• Experience building and consuming APIs and web services.
• Strong understanding of Agile and XP practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and services.
• Build and support web-based applications utilizing Microsoft technologies and modern software development practices.
• Participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from design through deployment and production support.
• Develop high-quality code using test-driven development (TDD) methodologies.
• Participate in daily paired programming sessions and collaborative code reviews.
• Contribute to continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) initiatives.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and daily standups.
• Collaborate with team members on software design and architecture decisions, and advocate for engineering best practices, automation, and software quality standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while maintaining service reliability and identify opportunities for process improvements and technical enhancements.
