Talent Map Global BPO, Inc. seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and secure software across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud services for US-based clients. You will work with ASCENT and GCC teams, implementing AI-enabled workflows and ensuring compliant, high-quality delivery using React, Python, Azure, and modern tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional full stack software development experience.
• Experience with production-grade frontend, backend, API, integration, and cloud applications.
• Experience working with distributed or U.S.-based engineering teams preferred.
• Experience in secure, regulated, or mission-oriented environments preferred.
• Azure, software development, cloud architecture, AI, security, or DevOps certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development across frontend, backend, API, integration, and data layers.
• Frontend engineering with React/TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind, and accessibility.
• Backend and AI development using Python, FastAPI, and async programming.
• Build integrations for Microsoft Graph, 365, SharePoint, Jira, GitLab, etc.
• Cloud and platform engineering with Docker and Azure services.
• Develop tests across unit, integration, API, and end-to-end scopes.
• Ensure secure integration, prompts, logging, and compliance for release.
• Use AI-assisted tools for implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate on design reviews, backlogs, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain security, data-handing, and software supply-chain controls.
