Taylor & Francis, a global publisher, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our AI-first software delivery transformation. Based in Bengaluru, India, you will build cloud-native platforms, contribute to architecture and deliver scalable solutions with a hands-on approach.

You will champion modern engineering practices, CI/CD, IaC with Terraform, and collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring quality and security while balancing speed and maintainability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong backend/frontend knowledge with modern frameworks.
• Experience with AI tools and cloud platforms (AWS).
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and IaC workflows.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and data modelling.
• Proficient in test-driven development and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and own production-quality code as an active contributor to the team.
• Champion AI-first software delivery approaches to boost efficiency and decision-making.
• Advocate for modern engineering practices: CI/CD and IaC.
• Contribute to architectural decisions balancing pragmatism with maintainability.
• Break down complex technical work into well-scoped increments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—QA, product, architects, and PMs.
• Engage with ADRs to influence cross-team technical strategy.
• Remove blockers to protect delivery commitments; balance speed and technical health.
• Promote secure-by-design and robust monitoring, logging, and testing.
