Litmos Limited is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to advance our Learning Acceleration Platform. You will work across services, APIs, and front-end systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability, using .NET, React, and SQL Server.

Join a globally distributed Agile team; you will own delivery from design through deployment, collaborate with Product and UX, and contribute to AI-assisted improvements while maintaining ownership of final outputs.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in microservice-based architectures.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, React, and SQL Server.
• Experience designing and building microservices and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery from development through deployment, including CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
• Build and maintain services that support multiple product initiatives.
• Collaborate with the database team to ensure data models, stored procedures, and queries are performant and scalable.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and observability to detect and diagnose failures.
• Contribute to deployment activities and support releases as needed.
• Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience.
