Job summary

Socium - Teams Done Differently is seeking a Staff Developer to own end-to-end feature delivery across .NET Core, React, and MS SQL Server in enterprise-grade web applications. You will design REST API services, implement React front-ends, and contribute to engineering standards within an Agile team.

You have 5–8 years of full-stack experience, strong REST API design skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality software in a collaborative environment using Azure DevOps, CI/CD practices,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of full-stack web development with hands-on delivery in .NET Core and React.
• Strong proficiency in building REST API services using ASP.NET Core and authentication (JWT/OAuth2).
• Solid experience with MS SQL Server, including complex queries and performance tuning.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery in distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain .NET Core backend services and RESTful APIs with secure authentication.
• Develop React front-end components with state management and responsive design.
• Maintain MS SQL Server schemas, procedures, views, and queries.
• Lead technical design for features, translating requirements into API contracts and data models.
• Integrate with internal systems and third-party REST APIs, handling authentication and data transformation.
• Conduct code reviews, identify technical debt, and promote engineering best practices.
• Apply the full SDLC across design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Debug production issues across .NET Core, SQL Server, and React; contribute to documentation and CI/CD delivery.
