Socium - Teams Done Differently is seeking a Staff Developer to own end-to-end feature delivery in an enterprise-grade web application. You will design .NET Core REST APIs, build React front-end interfaces, and manage MS SQL Server for robust data workloads in a collaborative Agile team.

You will lead technical design decisions, drive engineering standards, and participate in CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps within a global delivery setup in Mandaluyong, Philippines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in full-stack web development with hands-on delivery in .NET Core and React.
• Strong REST API design and implementation using ASP.NET Core, with authentication (JWT/OAuth2).
• Extensive MS SQL Server experience including complex T-SQL, stored procedures, views, and performance tuning.
• Experience designing, versioning and consuming REST APIs and integrating with enterprise services.
• Ability to lead feature design, code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain .NET Core backend services and RESTful APIs with proper authentication and versioning.
• Develop React frontend components with state management and responsive UI integration to .NET Core APIs.
• Maintain MS SQL Server schemas, procedures, views, and queries with performance considerations.
• Lead technical design for complex features and translate requirements into API contracts and data models.
• Integrate applications with internal and third-party enterprise systems and handle authentication flows.
• Drive code quality through reviews, identify technical debt, and promote standards.
• Apply full SDLC across development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and CI/CD delivery using Azure DevOps.
