ERNI Development Center Philippines Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and deliver cloud-native applications for an international development organization.

You will work across the full SDLC, from front-end to cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and solution architecture, in an Agile setup. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions, with hybrid work options (Philippines) or fully remote for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
At least 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Strong experience designing and building cloud-native applications.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular, and Node.js/Python/Java.
Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, SQL/NoSQL, Cosmos DB or similar databases, CI/CD, and IaC tools.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications.
Build modern front-end apps using React/Angular.
Develop secure and scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
Design cloud solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP and manage containerized apps with Docker/Kubernetes.
Implement IaC using Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation; build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure security, performance, and reliability; conduct code reviews and contribute to architecture decisions.
Produce technical docs, diagrams, and implementation guides; collaborate with stakeholders.

What are our wishes?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and deliver modern cloud-native applications supporting a leading international development organization.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working across the full software development lifecycle—from front-end and back-end development to cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and solution architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to build scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.

Candidate Location: Philippines (Hybrid) OR International (Remote)

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Manila Time, GMT+8)

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Strong experience designing and building cloud-native applications.
Strong proficiency in:
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript
- React and/or Angular
- Node.js, Python, Java, or equivalent backend technologies
- RESTful API development
Hands-on experience with:
- AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Docker and Kubernetes
- SQL and NoSQL databases
- Cosmos DB or similar cloud-native databases
- CI/CD pipelines
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, or equivalent)
Solid understanding of application security, software testing, and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microservices Architecture.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud transformation projects.
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
Exposure to integration, user acceptance, security, and performance testing.
Master's Degree in a related discipline is an advantage.

Collaborate closely with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and project teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Work Arrangement

Philippines-Based Candidates

Hybrid work setup.
Must be currently residing in the Philippines.
Willing to report onsite at the client office in Ortigas, Metro Manila, up to three (3) days per week, depending on project requirements.
Additional onsite reporting may be required based on business or project needs.
