Job summary

Monstarlab Philippines is seeking an experienced software engineer to lead the full software development life cycle, define technical requirements, write and optimize code, debug, and deliver high-performance, scalable applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and DevOps, mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and stay current with industry trends.

Strong Java experience is required, with additional skills in PHP, C#, JavaScript, and Flutter.

Qualifications

Familiar with tools like Docker, Jenkins, GitLab CI, a cloud platforms like AWS or Azure & understands both SQL and NoSQL databases. Great at solving problems and pays attention to details. Can work well alone or with a team , communicates clearly and helps mentor others.
