Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a European healthcare technology client. You will design and build scalable cloud-based applications using C#/.NET and React within a microservices architecture.

Collaborate with an international team, optimize performance, implement CI/CD, and leverage AI-assisted coding tools to boost productivity and code quality. Remote-ready after onboarding; UK working hours apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with C# and modern .NET (.NET Core/.NET 6+)
• 3+ years of experience developing front-end applications using React (Type preferred)
• Strong experience building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications
• Experience working with Azure or other cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of software architecture, testing, and CI/CD practices
• Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative Agile environment
• Strong English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using C#/.NET and React.

• Improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Develop clean, testable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.

• Participate in technical discussions and share knowledge with the engineering team.

They are expanding their engineering team and are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help build and enhance scalable cloud-based applications that support healthcare providers across Europe.

About The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll work on modern enterprise applications within a cloud-based microservices architecture. You'll collaborate with an international engineering team to develop new features, improve system performance, and deliver high-quality software using AI-assisted development tools.
