Aprio’s Business Operations - Information Technology Team is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join their dynamic team. You will work on automating business processes using .NET, Angular, Python, and REST APIs while collaborating with stakeholders in a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm.

You will leverage Agile practices to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions, with hybrid work options and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/MIS.
• Experience with AI/GenAI, ML, NLP, OCR is a major plus.
• Experience with Automation/BPM tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega, WorkFusion, Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, Selenium, Playwright, etc.
• Previous experience in the Accounting Technology Industry

Responsibilities

• Leverage technology to automate and improve business processes; select appropriate technologies.
• Analyze and solve problems with automated solutions; break down complex problems.
• Apply Agile practices to design and develop automation solutions.
• Monitor and optimize performance; debug issues.
• Execute work using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Provide automation insights and guidance to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams across the automation lifecycle.
• Manage multiple projects for quick wins and strategic automation.
