Job summary

Aprio is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join the Information Technology Team in the Philippines. You will leverage React/Next.js, Python, and Azure to automate and optimize business processes, collaborating across diverse teams in a fast-growing advisory firm.

You will work in a hybrid setup with multiple projects, delivering quick wins and strategic automation solutions while applying Agile methodologies and SDLC principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or similar.
• Proven experience with React, Next.js, Python (Django/FastAPI) and SQL.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience deploying to Azure Cloud and related services.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile and Scrum, with E2E automation lifecycle.
• Experience with logging and testing tools like MSTest, Azure Application Insights and Serilog.

Responsibilities

• Leverage technology to automate business processes and improve workflows.
• Apply Agile practices to design and develop automation solutions.
• Monitor, debug and optimize automation solutions for performance.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders through the automation lifecycle.
• Deliver multiple automation projects, balancing quick wins and strategic work.
• Act as a trusted automation advisor with practical insights.
