Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to the Scrum team — including frontend, backend, and data engineers.
• Transform and optimize software engineering processes and practices.
• Design, build, and maintain data-driven web apps and reporting solutions.
• Implement data integration solutions, including publishing to the company data lake.
• Optimize for cost and performance.
• Coach Front End, Back End, and Data Engineers, including vendors.
• Define delivery timelines with the Program Manager and ensure documentation.
