Citi Finance is seeking a seasoned Financial Planning & Analysis Group Manager, Senior Vice President, based in Mumbai, to lead a professional FP&A team and deliver insightful analyses of Citi’s financial results. You will drive forecasts, strategic plans, and monthly outlooks in collaboration with the broader Finance organization.

The role requires 10+ years in financial planning, strong communication, and expertise in Excel, Oracle, Essbase, and SAP.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis.
• Experience in financial services or large corporates.
• Proven ability to deliver forecasts, multi-year plans and annual budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of finance professionals to achieve goals and manage personnel duties.
• Drive forward-looking processes: forecasts, operating plans, monthly outlooks.
• Analyze Citi's financial performance and present to executives and boards.
• Coordinate risk capital estimation and embed metrics into management reports.
• Present insights to senior management and stakeholders to inform decisions.
