Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to partner with executives and FP&A to drive performance, deliver financial insights, and support decision-making across the business.

The role uses Essbase, OBI, and Excel for reporting, and will lead monthly/quarterly reviews, close processes, forecasting and budgeting while pursuing cost-saving initiatives and reporting automation.

Qualifications

• Partner with Executives and the Sr. Manager of FP&A to evaluate and drive business unit performance.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial review meetings with stakeholders.
• Manage the development of monthly financial close, planning, forecasting, and reporting models.
• Utilize Essbase, OBI, and Excel to create clear and actionable financial reports.
• Drive process improvements and cost savings initiatives, with potential to lead automated reporting.
• Require strong English communication and collaboration with US/European counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Executives and the Sr. Manager of FP&A to evaluate and drive business unit performance.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial review meetings with stakeholders and develop action plans to exceed targets.
• Manage the development of monthly financial close, planning, forecasting, and reporting models.
• Utilize the company’s ERP system, Essbase, OBI, and Excel to create sales, operational and financial reports.
• Work with FP&A to identify process improvements and cost savings initiatives; lead automated reporting.
