Job summary

Two Connect is seeking a Senior FP&A Accountant (Power BI) to support financial planning, management reporting, and automation while working from home on a day shift. This hands-on role focuses on building models and dashboards from the ground up, delivering clear insights for stakeholders.

You will manage consolidation, forecasting, and BI reporting, connect Power BI to Xero and data sources, and translate complex data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 4+ years FP&A, financial analysis or reporting-focused finance role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and KPI reporting.
• Support month-end close with accruals, journals, and reconciliations.
• Maintain and improve three-way financial model (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Build Power BI dashboards and connect to Xero and data sources.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and decision support.
