Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Sr. Professional I, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and cost optimization efforts for global IT Opex. The role partners with senior leadership to interpret financial data and drive strategic improvements across regions.

The candidate should bring 10+ years of Finance experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of collaborating with international stakeholders in a dynamic global business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field with emphasis on analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Experience collaborating with international stakeholders in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reporting and performance analysis for Global IT Opex.
• Support month-end close ensuring accurate accruals for Opex functions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and risks within IT operations.
• Build financial models for investments and business cases.
• Collaborate with senior executives to drive cost reductions and process improvements.
• Coordinate annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for expenses and capital.
• Analyze drivers of costs to implement actionable measures.
• Support ad-hoc analyses as needed.
