Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of FP&A, Business Finance, or Corporate Finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using SAP and Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast process.
• Build financial models, business cases, and profitability analyses.
• Provide actionable insights on sales, margins, labor costs, expenses, and performance.
• Prepare executive dashboards, KPI reports, and management presentations.
• Analyze cash flow, working capital, and liquidity with Treasury.
• Partner with Operations and Department Heads to improve performance.
• Drive automation via SAP reporting, dashboards, and AI-enabled analytics.

Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

₱100,000 – ₱120,000 | Full-Time | Head Office

We're looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst who doesn't just prepare reports—but provides insights that influence executive decisions. If you're passionate about budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and partnering with business leaders, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As our Senior FP&A Analyst, you will:

• Lead the company's annual budgeting and rolling forecast process
• Build financial models, business cases, and profitability analyses to support key business decisions
• Provide actionable insights on sales, margins, labor costs, operating expenses, and overall business performance
• Prepare executive dashboards, KPI reports, and management presentations
• Analyze cash flow, working capital, and liquidity together with our Treasury team
• Partner with Operations and Department Heads to improve business performance
• Drive continuous improvement through SAP reporting, dashboard automation, and AI-enabled analytics

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related field

At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Corporate Finance

Strong financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Experience using SAP, Power BI, or similar reporting tools is an advantage

CPA, CMA, or CFA designation is a plus
