Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Head to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for a fast-growing food & beverage company. You will collaborate with senior leaders to provide financial insights that support strategic decisions and growth.

This role requires a decade of FP&A or management accounting experience, strong modeling, ERP and Excel skills, and a willingness to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of experience in FP&A or Management Accounting.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Retail, or FMCG industries.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience.
• Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare management reports and financial performance analysis.
• Analyze revenue, operating costs, profitability, and business trends.
• Provide recommendations to improve operational and financial performance.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and expansion plans.
• Monitor key financial KPIs and identify business improvement opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the FP&A team.
