Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all processes are documented in a standard format and maintained in an accessible fashion.
• Contribute to refinement of processes and procedures to improve systems and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legislations, industry codes, company policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with finance teams.
• Resolve daily issues and escalations, communicate resolutions to the team.
• Ensure consistent and comprehensive general ledger reports for management use.
• Handle medium complexity tasks with focus on complex, urgent tasks.
• Assist in monthly deliverables such as expense journals and re-classifications.
• Prepare quarterly and yearly Blackline reconciliations.
• Prepare Stamp Duty, BAS and other ATO returns.
• Clear bank reconciling items for business units.
