Job summary

Huayu KJ Supply & Leasing Corp. in Taguig seeks an experienced Financial Controller to oversee all accounting and finance operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance.

CPA is required, with at least 10 years in accounting and finance, including managerial experience. Key duties include monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting; budgeting and cash flow planning; maintaining internal controls; coordinating with external auditors, banks, and government agencies;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification is required.
• At least 10 years of accounting and finance experience with managerial or supervisory focus.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Familiarity with BIR, SEC, and Philippine accounting regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting and finance functions of the company.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
• Lead and supervise the Accounting and Finance Team.
